Why we need to learn how to be human, according to a new book
The author of the new book, Outsourcing: The Secret Lives of Outsourcing Companies, says that despite being an outsourcing company and the world’s most successful outsourcing company in the world, humans are not always the best at what they do.
“I’m not going to say that people are always better at this than humans,” the author says.
“But we should learn to be good human beings.”

I’m going to start with the Outsorcer, a human resources company.
It does an outsourcing thing called human resources management, which has been around for quite some time, but has been pretty much dormant for some time.
