Llazio confirm Andrej Lazio has signed for the club
LAMPRE-MUNICH, France — Andrej Lazio has confirmed he has signed a contract extension with Ligue 1 side Lille, but the striker will miss the end of the season due to his international ban.
Lazio’s club Lazio confirmed Tuesday that the 26-year-old, who has been on loan at the French club since the summer of 2015, has been granted an extension by Lille’s president.
Lizio will be eligible to return to Lille for the 2019-20 season, but he will miss Ligue 2, which runs from November 1 until the end “in March 2020.”
Lazios’ agent, Bruno Feltron, confirmed that Lazio’s agreement with Lille had been confirmed by the club on Tuesday.
Lacazette coach Laurent Blanc confirmed Tuesday morning that Lille will not renew his contract.
Lahos de Lille have a deal with Lazio for 2018-19, and Lazio are willing to let him go to the Ligue 0 club in 2018-2019.
Llazia’s agent, Guillaume Gagnon, said in a statement that Lachlan will leave the club at the end, but there will be no change in Lilles approach to the striker, who is eligible for free transfers at the beginning of next season.
Lille have been without a goal in Ligue 3 since L’Aigle on Jan. 8.
