The company also found that two of the outsourcing firms — Accenture and SAP — have been the biggest culprits in the turnover rate.
The McKinsey report also identified three companies that are among the top 10 outsourcing companies in the globe, ranking them in order of turnover rate, and it also ranked them in the top three in the number of employees employed.
According to McKinsey, this ranking includes companies like Accenture, which has about 3.5 million employees worldwide, and SAP, which currently has more than 2 million employees.
The report also noted that the top outsourcing firms were also found to have high turnover, particularly in the second quarter.
In 2019, the turnover rates for these outsourcing companies were 5.5 percent and 3.8 percent, respectively.
According to McKinley, these high turnover rate outsourcing firms are able to employ hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide.
The McKinsey Report has also identified the top companies who have the highest turnover rates by revenue, which include:Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) and Facebook Inc. Facebook’s turnover rate has risen sharply, and the company now has a turnover of $1.5 trillion.
The turnover rate for Apple was 5.3% in 2019.
However, it’s a very good indicator of how many people work at a company.
McKinley said that the company had 1.7 million employees in 2019 and had $3.3 trillion in revenue.
SAP has 1.9 million employees and is worth $2.6 trillion.
Microsoft Corp. (NYSE: MSFT) has the highest growth rate in the McKinsey Top 10, with a growth rate of 5.4 percent in 2018.
However the company’s turnover rates are only 2.4% and 1.8% in 2018, respectively, compared to 2.7 percent and 2.5% in 2017.
This shows that the growth rate for Microsoft is slowing down, according the McKinley report.
